OMRR Intentions Paper

Friday, October 5, 2018

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy is in the process for revising the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation (OMRR) and recently released their 2018 Intentions Paper. The intentions paper outlines the proposed changes to the OMRR. The purpose of the intentions paper is to seek comments and feedback on the proposed changes from all interested parties.

Comments and feedback in regards to the proposed revisions are to be provided to the Ministry by November 8, 2018.

Our Qualified Professionals at SYLVIS have been reviewing the intentions paper and are participating in the webinars put forth by the Ministry. SYLVIS will be working with our clients to submit responses that are both meaningful to their interest as well as the interests of an enabled, transparent biosolids industry in British Columbia.
