Province to Review the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation

Announced on April 4, 2016, the Province is undertaking a comprehensive review of the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation (OMRR) to ensure it remains protective of human health and the environment.  The Province will be posting a policy intentions paper fall 2016, for the public to provide comments and fedback.  Based on all engagement and information recieved, subsequent amendments to the OMRR will be made in 2017.
